“My goal for participating in the Get off the Fence (GOF) class was to learn the step on how to invest in real estate. My goal also was to learn how to get the money to invest. The training taught me how to look at where I was financially and where I need to make changes to achieve my goal of purchasing an investment property. I also learned about different ways to get money to use to purchase investment properties. A few weeks later, I discussed with my brother about his investment properties and while he was telling me of his practices for getting funding I understood what he was talking about. I felt accomplished after that conversation and it was because of the Get Off the Fence Master class.”
